Great house right across the street from the beach close to all the shops and restaurants. Also has a heated pool in case the weather isn't cooperating. In closing, I will be bringing the family back again to stay here 100%!

Wonderful Stay!

What a great place to stay for our week at Clearwater. The location was amazing. Close to the beach and downtown(if you want). Pool was very clean and refreshing on hot days. We can’t wait to stay here again.

Perfect getaway!

The house was beautiful and location was key. We were in town for a wedding and the location of the house was perfect. The beach is super close and the pool was great to unwind at the end of the beach day Would definitely return or recommend to others

Family getaway

We had a great stay in this house. It was as-advertised and in a perfect location. Close enough to restaurants and shops but far enough away to have a completely uncrowded beach. We enjoyed the kayaks and bikes and the pool.

Wonderful family get away

Loved the location. The beach felt private during a very busy time of year. We were away from the craziness of the beach but could get to the excitement of town really easily when we wanted to. Lovely home. First time in Clearwater and we loved it!

A very enjoyable stay

Rented this unit at the last minute. Very nice place. Large sitting area, the bedrooms were a nice size and the location was great(close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. I loved the upstairs balcony. We would definitely rent this unit again

Clearwater Beach perfect location

Wonderful property, great location. Very well maintained. Wish I could have stayed longer. Never got to ride the bikes,’or take out a sea kayak. I highly recommend this property to anyone.

Amazing house

We loved this house. It was so comfortable it felt like home the minute we walked in! The location is ideal to spend a long day at the beach, a bit secluded from the resorts and public parking locations. Kirby is an awesome host and was very responsive and accommodating. Will book again next year!

Host was kind and very responsive. All beach necessities provided. Property is clean. Beach is 1 min away and quiet. 20 min walk to pier and restaurants. Had a nice time.
