Fantastic Views and Location!

This was in a very convenient location within walking distance to all the local shops, restaurants and Pier 60! I absolutely loved that it is right on the beach with the most amazing views from 2 different porches and in every room of the house! Thank you Andrew, I had a great time!

Great location

This makes the second time we have stayed in the duplex. You can not beat this property for location. It is right on the beach, steps away from the ocean and a short walk to all restaurants and shopping. The place was clean and provided everything we needed for a relaxing girls getaway. We will definitely be back!

Top Beach House in Clearwater Beach

Un-matched location if looking for a beach stay @ Clearwater Beach - just steps from the sand & surf - all beach stuff included - very nice deck off middle & top floors with a wonderful morning to midday shaded view of the beach - spectacular sunsets await as well- the 3 bathrooms a big plus and comfortable beds always welcome

A LOVELY STAY

This was an excellent property! The location was perfect to walk around Clearwater Beach and it is RIGHT on the beach. There was a shed with all kinds of beach necessities! Check in and communication was flawless. There was plenty of towels and the basic toiletries. Kitchen was a bit bare and not a lot of decor or patio furniture - but not a huge issue for our Girls Trip.

Get Away

Overall nice place to stay. We had older adults with us, and it was a little far for them to walk to the boardwalk. Great though you could go right out to the beach. Just one more thing the drain in one of the tubs drained to slow. Over all had a great experience!

My home away from home.

I love this place. I pretend this is my beach house. This is our fourth time. The place is so comfortable. Great vibes. It is in need of few repairs but to me that was make it so homely. And of course the great sunset every night. The beach within a second away. The catholic church less than 10 minutes away. My husband loves Public supermarket which were our dauly stop every day after attending Mass at St Brendan. If God willing we will ne back next year.

Great view but dated unit!

The view & access to Clearwater Beach was outstanding! Closeness to several cute places to dine was great! I was disappointed on how dated the unit was & would have appreciated a better cleaning! Was concerned that there was no outside lock to one of the bedrooms on the third floor which could be easy for someone in Unit 1 to access! Overall enjoyed the view & the beautiful sunsets!

Fabulous Birthday Weekend

This property was the perfect find for us- so much so that we rented out both sides for a long weekend. Family- local and out of state, gathered here for a long weekend to celebrate my birthday and have some much needed time together. Loved having a full bath on the main level and each bedroom upstairs having a ensuite bath. A wonderful time was spent on the beach both day and night. All of our favorite places to eat are just a fun stroll away. The property manger was highly responsive from from the booking process until the end. We loved it so much that we cannot wait to come back and do it again.

The owners need to try harder

I will start the review with positives. You’re literally a 5 to 15 minute walk to anything so you have a great location and the view is perfect. Now come the negatives, of which there are plenty. My family lives on the coast of California so I understand there will always be issues with the saltwater in the air, corrosion, sand, etc. The advertisement for the house and the reviews make the house appear livable but maybe not the most up-to-date. OK, fine. When we arrived, I was kind of shocked. The kitchen is from the 80s when this house was probably built. The lack of utensils and cooking supplies is mind-boggling. There was literally one or two usable pans. No baking sheet for the oven and only four mismatched plates. This is the most cold, unwelcoming decor I could imagine. The walls are all primer white. Lights are super bright, 5000 K plus color temperature which reflect off of the stark white walls, making it feel like you’re in a hospital. There are no screens on any of the windows, the couch is old and dirty, the barstools are ready to fall apart, the kitchen table looks like it was bought at a thrift store. There was one plastic patio chair on the deck. really? One chair for four people? Be aware that you have to share the old, falling apart, beach gear with whoever is renting next door so get there first. The house and it’s amenities basically looks like an abandoned house. Don’t plan on relaxing here and you’ll have to stand to watch the sunset. Very frustrating.

It’s all about the view

I will start by saying that the view from the house is incredible. The house is directly on the beach and you can’t really beat the proximity to the pier and restaurants. However, this is the extent of the positivity. I’d asked the host, Andrew, more than once (and with enough time to spare before our check in date) if it was possible to get an early checkin at 3, instead of 4. Once he decided to respond (after multiple attempts on my part) he said “won’t be able to tell you until the day of”. Fine. I understand, no problem. Day of check in arrives and we clearly aren’t getting in an hour early, again, fine, no problem. What was a problem was that when we arrived at the house, just after 4pm, it was still being cleaned and delayed us after we’d been traveling for 3.5 hours. Zero communication from the host even though the cleaning girl had informed him she was running behind. I tried calling the host and was sent to voicemail because he was “at an appointment”. We just spent a considerable amount of money and he couldn’t step out of wherever for 2 seconds? With that being said, we were offered a check out time of 12 vs 10 (which, 10 is a little ridiculous for check out in the first place). Beyond this, the house is not up to code. There’s only 1 way in and one way out. The balconies are getting ready to give out and not for nothing, who has carpet in a beach house… If you don’t care about the state of things, the view is worth it. I only recommend caution.

My son and I had an amazing and comfortable stay at this listing! The area is great for families, the house is literally on the beach and can’t ask for much more. I would definitely give this place 5 stars and would stay again when visiting Clearwater.

Absolutely amazing. It was like having your own private beach. I was amazed by the amenities from beach equipment, to all the items that I didn’t expect the property offered. The host went well beyond to make sure we were accommodated. We will definitely be back.

Great Stay!!!

We had such a good time, there was plenty to do and the beach is literally right outside your door! We checked in easy, the Publix was close enough to run to and stock the house, and we were able to enjoy the whole town of Clearwater. I highly suggest staying here and enjoying the beach with a very “at home” feel.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful property. It is located directly on the beach which was perfect. The unit was very clean and felt homey. We really appreciated the beach cabana storage! Pros: perfect location directly on Clearwater Beach; seamless check-in; both bedrooms had direct views of the Gulf from the 2nd floor balconyCons: not stocked well; no extra toilet paper, paper towels, or trash bag. No laundry detergent. If you like to cook, not a good assortment of cooking pots and pans or utensils. All in all I would definitely come back

Great Beach Option

Great, convenient parking! Outstanding views and access to the beach. Exactly what we were looking for!! Slightly confusing that is says sleeps 4, but then the ad says there is a pull out couch. We asked to have 5 and were very comfortable. There was not a pull out couch, but there was a futon.
