Pelican Pointe 325:Walk to Beach~Pool~Free Parking

Property Update: Roof and Solar Installation - Starting October 13, 2025, we will be installing a new roof and solar panels. Work will take place during daytime business hours and is expected to be completed by November 15, 2025. Please note that the timeline may vary depending on weather conditions. During this period, guests may experience construction noise, but all amenities will remain open for your enjoyment.

With upgraded finishes, a King bed with LED mood lighting, and a modern kitchenette, this suite is the perfect retreat for couples or small families.

Great January getaway in Clearwater

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Pelican Pointe. The Location was perfect! Walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and beach. We would definitely stay at Pelican Pointe again!
