Pelican Pointe 228:Walk to Beach~Pool~Free Parking

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Pool Closed & Construction February 19th - March 1st, 2024. Between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, there will be excessive construction noise, including jack hammering, as well as the presence of dust. Pool will remain closed and re-open on March 2, 2024.

Enjoy the beach life at Pelican Pointe Hotel and Condo. Cozy accommodations with free parking and a heated pool, just a short walk across the street from beautiful Clearwater Beach. Located on the 2nd floor, unit #228 offers an extended shared balcony that overlooks the pool with a limited but enjoyable view of the Gulf.

Location:
Clearwater Beach - White sand, crystal clear waters, and endless sunshine. A paradise for beach lovers. Pelican Pointe is centrally located in the heart of Clearwater Beach, right across the street from one of the top-rated beaches in America. It is conveniently positioned within a short walking distance from various restaurants, exciting nightlife options, and an array of enjoyable activities that makes Clearwater Beach an incredible destination.
Please Note: There is ongoing construction on the property just north of our hotel. This does not affect our property, grounds or amenities although you may experience construction noise and dust during your stay.

Accommodations:
Our double suite is the largest and most impressive room we offer. It's designed to accommodate up to six guests and offers two full size beds. With a spacious living area of 380 square feet, you'll have plenty of room to relax. A private bathroom is fully stocked with towels and toiletries for your convenience. Additionally, the room includes a well equipped kitchenette and a flat screen TV for your entertainment needs. The separate living area has a full size sleeper futon and a dining area. If you want to enjoy some fresh air, you can step out onto the shared balcony, which has seating for two. To ensure your stay is worry-free, our dedicated on-site staff provides daily housekeeping service so that you can sit back and relax!

Convenient and Just what we needed

We needed somewhere to be home base as we discovered Clearwater for a long weekend. A great location within walking distance of beach, restaurants, shops. Convenient late arrival check-in and parking. Clean room that met all of our needs.

Affordable and fun

We had a great experience at this property. Close to everything. Great pool. Lots of donated stuff that you can use in the pool box. I was bummed that they never came in and cleaned our room during our entire stay. Also, they absolutely need to get black out curtains. No one wants all the light shining in all night/morning. Impossible to nap or sleep in! Staff was nice and helpful. We will come back if they get curtains!!

Perfect Location

It was perfect for us. Since we are over 70 years old, the location was perfect. Very easy to walk to the beach. Couldn't ask for a better view of the gulf. This was our 2nd vacation at the Pelican Point. We are summer home owners at the Jersey shore. We loved the charm of the Pelican Point. The Pelican Point reminds us of the Jersey Shore motels that are becoming extinct. Hope to come back to the Pelican Point again for a 3rd time.
