Welcome to Madeira Norte condo. Gulf front condo at Johns Pass. Relax and enjoy the breath-taking view from our 2-bedroom ,2-bath, and a 24`x 6`Balcony!!! Direct beach front fully furnished condo. With a keyed elevator.

Walk from both the master bedroom and livingroom to our spectacular 240+degree view of Madeira Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Experience floridas amazing sunsets. View them from the 3rd floor balcony. Look to the south and you will see the entrance to the world-renown John Pass, and catch a glimpse of the fishing, pleasure boats as they enter the inlet to gain access to the intercoastal waterways or exit to cruise the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Our 2 bedroom condo is fully furnished, and is a Gulf front corner unit. It is decorated in the typical floridian beach style in pastel colours, with a blend of carpeting in the bedrooms and Italian ceramic tile throughout the rest of the unit. Enjoy a light meal in our kichen and sit up in wicker bar stoles to the eat- in bar area. The kitchen looks into a very spaciocus livingroom/dinningroom open area concept. Offering a spectacular view of the beach for everyone.


Our corner unit spoils anyone staying in our master bedroom. Enjoy the wonderful florida sunshine with windows facing south and a sliding glass walk-out to the balcony.
king size bed and oversized ensuite with a full bath and a walk-in closet. Bathrooms renovated in 2014.
Our guest bedroom enjoys a breathtaking view of John's Pass which is as beautiful in the day as it is in the evening! This room is furnished with a queen bed,a large closet and a private full ensuite bathroom, renovated in ceramic tiles and marble.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with a eat-in stand-up bar,dishes,cookware, utensils, dishwasher, mircrowave, toaster, coffee maker as well as with a washer/dryer.
Other amenitles include cable t.v in both bedrooms and livingroom , computer desk, phone and complementary interent access.

Lounge around in the sun in a recently upgrated heated pool. And there is also BBQ area equipped with tables and chairs and charcoal grill for your use.. Enjoy the palm trees blowing in the wind and sea salt scents in the air.


Our unit is located directly across the street from the famous Johns Pass village & boardwalk waterfront. John Pass is a quaint turn-of the century #1 Tourist Attraction! Johns Pass also offers a huge variety of restaurants, shopping, watersports.
Such as Bubba Gumps, Hooters, Friendly Fisherman, The Hut/sports bar, Sculleys, many Ice cream and candy shops.
Shopping : Del sol,sport fan attic, surf style, bronze lady, landing company jewelry, sun glasses and gilfs. Over a 100 unique shops!
Water sports and activities : Local fishing charters available, dolphin watching, pirate ship, Don's dock bait and tackle, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing....
We also have another unit same view,same floor just opposite corner. For those that need two units... The Listing # is 996593 for our other condo.

Restful vacation

From check in to check out this great condo was all it said it was. Clean well stocked in every way from beach supplies, towels, cookware, dishes! Great views from our balcony seeing dolphins every morning, a manatee one day, and perfect sunsets! It was a perfect stay!

Perfect Location

Condo was stocked with everything we needed and is in a perfect location. John’s Pass is right across the street with many shops and restaurants. The view from the balcony is awesome and we saw dolphins every day. We were pleasantly surprised with the parking as the spaces were wide and made unloading/loading our vehicle easy. The owner was very accommodating and available to answer questions.

Great Condo!

The condo is in a convenient location with Johns Pass across the street and a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. There are lots of restaurants nearby also. The condo was clean and has great beach chairs and a new umbrella!

Time away soaking up the sun

The condo was a perfect location. Easy access from the airport. The views were breathtaking and easy access to the beach. The beach was very clean and cleansed daily by someone from all the seaweed that would come up. Turtle nest close was cool to observe. The pool was great as well and very clean. John’s pass was across the street great for shopping, eating and live music in the evening. There also was a very friendly condo cat asking for all the love he could get. We felt very safe here and no problems. The owners were very easy to work with and very nice. Would stay here again.

Wonderful Condo. Recently renovated with new kitchen and bedroom flooring. My second stay in this condo. I am so disappointed that it rented for the whole next year. I will be looking for another in the same building.

Beautiful

When you walk in you will not be disappointed. It's an absolutely beautiful condo with an even more beautiful view. The unit has been fully W down to small details like a toothpick. There's a nice view of the pool from the deck so our son and daughter could go down alone while I could still check on them. We hope to stay again next year!

This is my new favorite condo on the Gulf. Been coming for years. Best beach & location so far. Condo was clean. Building safety measure are great for some traveling alone. Beach was awesome. Localed accross the street from John's Pass. Have already book for next year.

Location, location, location!!

Everything about this rental is spot on, from the view to the amenities. Owner was easy to work with (although I had no issues). Unit had all the essentials and then some! The one elevator was out of commission, but we just used the other one or took the stairs. So close to the beach and we really enjoyed St John’s Pass…especially the “Bamboo Beach Bar”. Highly recommend Crabby’s :)

Absolutely no complaints. Great unit but a couple very minor suggestions. Nice beach chairs & gear in room but both umbrellas are broke. Living room couch and loveseat need deep clean or probably replaced. Will definitely return to this unit.

Condo Review

If your only concern is the view and you’re not concerned about cleanliness, this is the place for you. Be prepared to wash dishes by hand, cuz the dishwasher will not clean your dishes. Look inside and decide for yourself. The furniture is very dirty. Thank goodness there was extra sheets to cover the couch. The washing machine smells of mold and had hair in it. The towels, well what can I say. Be prepared to overcome and adapt. In the end the view is very beautiful…but the condo is in desperate need of an update.

Amazing view & perfect location but…..

The owners need to improve this property. When paying such a hefty price for a month you should not experience smelly, uncomfortable living room furniture. The pillows and towels need to be replaced. The unit was wiped down but certainly not clean, gobs of hair in shower drains, on toilet top and in sinks. Hand and finger prints all over. The disposal side of the sink had rotting food in it when we arrived. The filter on dishwasher has never been cleaned. Washer machine leaks water, refrigerator filter needs replacement. Both fans provided were caked with dust, we have to vacuum them clean in order to use. Some of the remote controls didn’t have batteries. This unit could be spectacular with a few improvements. The view is amazing.

Multiple problems with this condo

1. The mattresses are of the lowest quality so we were unable to sleep. We had to go to Target to buy a thick mattress topper just to sleep through the night.2. The shower pin in the master bedroom is broken so the water flows equally out of the shower head and tub so I ran out of hot water in less than 5 minutes resulting in a cold shower. We had to use the other bathroom shower the entire stay.3. The fan in the guest bathroom doesn't work.4. The shower light in the guest bathroom wasn't working properly and needs to be fixed with a new bulb.5. The clothes washer has a black, filthy ring around the inside which we tried to clean off but couldn't due to the thickness of the build up. Your clothes will brush along this dirty ring.6. The blender exploded when we tried to use it resulting in plastic shards all over the kitchen which he had to try and clean up. Fortunately, my partner wasn't injured.7. There was only one dish sponge, and it was so disgusting it was unusable, so we had to wash dishes with paper towels.8. There was a fair amount of sand on the floors so the bottom of our feet became sandy the whole time.9. The A/C has a sign on it that says not to put the A/C below 78 degrees. It is extremely difficult to sleep in 78 degree temperatures.10. The furniture is extremely cheap and uncomfortable.The elevator broke for 3 days, the pool definitely wasn't heated properly, and the foot wash broke so we had sandy feet.We would never rent this place again.

Beautiful

This was our first time in Madeira and we loved it! The condo was awesome and had everything we needed. Very well kept and clean. The location was awesome being right across from John’s Pass. Beautiful sunsets all week long. We spent most of our time at the beach but still swam in the pool everyday which was a little bit small but never felt overcrowded. We had the best week here!
