From the updated flooring and tiled bathrooms to its beautiful kitchen and waterfront views, this condo offers a comfortable setting for a family beach vacation or getaway with friends.



Open Living Areas with Unobstructed Gulf Views



Large glass sliders fill the living room with natural light and open onto the private waterfront balcony. Relax on the leather sleeper sofa or one of the accent chairs while enjoying views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico.



The living room also includes a 65-inch flat-screen cable TV for relaxing after a day in Clearwater Beach.



Updated Kitchen and Dining Space



The open kitchen is connected to the dining and living areas, so guests can enjoy water views while preparing meals. It features white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, crisp white cabinetry and the cooking essentials needed to prepare your favorite meals.
