Amazing house steps from beach

We had an amazing stay here with our children aged 12-24. There was plenty of space and the house was stocked with many amenities. The pool was such a refreshing relief from long days in the sun. This area is far enough away from the crowds but close enough to walk to anything you need such as dining, shopping, entertainment. We enjoyed the area of beach being less crowded and more relaxing. The owner and property manager were always available if needed and checked in periodically to make sure we had eberyrhing we needed. We loved the area and property and hope to visit again

Perfect location for our family. Walking distance to the beach and some of the restaurants and shops. Far enough away from the heavy tourist traffic. Lovely pool in the backyard for floating around in the afternoon. Best stay I’ve ever had at Clearwater Beach!

Fantastic Vacation Home!

Location is perfect -close to the beach and restaurants but away from the noise and traffic. House was clean, comfortable, and had excellent amenities- everything you need for a fun and relaxing vacation. Pool and grounds are gorgeous. Host and property manager were responsive, helpful, and friendly- very dedicated to making sure we were happy and had everything we needed. We would definitely book the property again!

70th Birthday week celebration with entire Family

The four rooms were perfect for our whole family of 10. Our 3 grand kids loved the house, pool and all the beach amenities: wagons, umbrellas, toys, beach chairs and mat. Great location so close to beach. We went every day and also to sunsets. Easy to get to all restaurants.

Wonderful Clearwater Beach Location

We really enjoyed our stay in Clearwater. The home was clean and comfortable. Location to the beach couldn’t have been better. Our kids loved playing in the pool, as we stayed during a cooler Florida week. Pool and Beach toys were an added bonus and we enjoyed grilling outside a few times. We will definitely check out this Vrbo for future Clearwater stays.

When I read reviews for this Vrbo home, I wondered how they had 10/10 rating. This home definitely deserves it. Home is beautiful, we spent a lot of time at poolside. The North Clearwater Beach is absolutely beautiful, much better than I anticipated. This section of Clearwater Beach isn’t crowded, but just a walk to the areas where the action is. We didn’t have a car for everyone, was able to walk for entertainment, etc. There’s a beautiful playground nearby for children, and really nice public pickleball courts. I can’t say enough about this home. We loved it.

A special home loaded with care and comfort

This Clearwater Beach property delivered exactly what it said, I would do it again! It was clean and appealing and well-stocked from kitchen to towels, quality bed linens and pillows and an abundance of pool furniture, beach chairs, sand toys and the wagon to pull them! All the things I questioned - is it really that close to the beach and is the pool area a comfortable space? - more than satisfied. The floor plan was nice with ample sitting and room for our five adults and two grandkids. It is in a nice area and truly, an easy walk to the beautiful, more quiet stretch of beach. I think it notable that the bedroom wings on each end are right at the living/kitchen area so if you need a more private quiet corner, that might be a consideration. Nathan and Joanie were promptly responsive to our questions. It is a special home with care and comfort in the numerous details.

Family Beach Trip

Close to Beach/Cozy Space. Upon arrival we put in an instacart order to cover basic supplies for our 8 day stay. TP, Paper Towels, Laundry Detergent, Dish Pods, Dish Soap, Etc. There were supplies available but back stock was minimal. The frying pans were pretty cheap/worn so we purchased two suitable pans for our stay. Frozen ice block in ice maker tray. This clearly wasn't dumped after the recent power outages. We dumped and cleaned it. Kitchen faucet only worked on the cold side. The local team boasted the brand new, out of the box couch. It was white, pretty stained up and we were instructed to cover the cushions with blankets while using. Fine. We made it out to the pool to find the condition to be fair at best with tree droppings, yard debris around the deck, debris filling the filter compartment and lining the bottom of the pool. There was a skimmer available and I spent an hour or so cleaning up the space along with available furniture. The pool shed was filled with mostly junk but we found a few pool toys and purchased a few more for the house. This shed should be cleared out. On the 6th day of our stay we went for a walk on the beach and returned to find that the grounds crew had made a visit. Pool furniture was reorganized and the crew had managed to run over an i-phone during their process. We were not made aware of planned grounds service and the host declined to compensate us for the i-phone damages. Fun spot overall with some patience.
