This privately owned 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom residence features stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico from your 7th floor private balcony, which is accessible from both bedrooms and the living room. This is a corner unit, which makes for stunning 7th floor views of the Gulf of Mexico! The unit sleeps up to 8. The secluded, private beach allows guests to enjoy the pristine white sand and sparkling water of Clearwater Beach without the hassle of the crowds!

Enjoy the view and a swim from the 11th floor pool, get in a workout at the fitness center, or wind down with a massage at the Spa. With several additional on-site amenities including a ballroom (perfect for weddings and large events), conference room, Kids' Club, restaurants and bars, guests are sure to appreciate their stay on Clearwater Beach! Guests are allotted up to 4 hours of bicycle rental per day, which is covered under the daily resort fee. Additional charges apply for longer length of time or any bike damage/theft. Also included in the resort fee are daily access to 2 loungers and an umbrella for the beach/pool.

You can do as much or as little as you like at Clearwater Beach, a bustling beach town that offers spectacular white sand beaches, a wide variety of water sports, and several local restaurants and boutiques. It's a perfect spot for spring break, romantic getaways, family vacations or a break from cold winter weather!

IMPORTANT: IF YOU BOOK THIS UNIT, YET ARE HAVING ANOTHER PARTY MAKE PAYMENT, YOU WILL NEED TO ADD THE EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE PAYER ONTO THE BOOKING, AND THE PAYER WILL NEED TO E-SIGN OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT. ONLY THE PERSON WHO PAYS IS AUTHORIZED TO E-SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.

Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED. THERE IS A NO REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY WITHIN 60 DAYS OF CHECK-IN. THIS INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJUECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. Check in is any time after 4PM. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.

Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.

EARLY CHECK-IN:
Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!

We require the payer of the booking to sign our rental agreement, which insures the guest instructions will auto-send at 3PM on the day of arrival.

MAIL: SORRY, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET YOUR MAIL DELIVERED, AS THIS IS A VACATION RENTAL. SHOULD YOU NEED YOUR MAIL DELIVERED DURING YOUR STAY, WE RECOMMEND PURCHASING A P.O. BOX LOCALLY.

Please be aware that this unit is not managed by Marriott, and other than going to the front desk to obtain a keycard when you check-in, you should have not have interaction with the Marriott staff with regards to the unit you have booked, as this unit is owned by a private individual and is not part of the Marriott's booking pool.

The Marriott front desk, or any of their staff, do not have the authority to help with the following: early check-ins or late check-outs, assist with repair issues, assist with cleaning issues, bringing towels/linens or any item, nor clean the unit.

Occasionally, the Marriott hosts special events during which some of ammenities will be unavailable to guests for several hours.
