Early check-in may be available for a $50 fee. Please message us the morning of your arrival if interested.

🧼 Cleanliness & Maintenance
Please report any cleanliness issues within 24 hours of check-in. We are unable to address or take responsibility for concerns reported after this window.

There is no daily housekeeping. Fresh linens, towels, and basic supplies are provided at check-in. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee with advance notice.

Accidents happen—please notify us promptly if anything breaks so we can replace it before the next guest. Most cases are resolved without penalties when reported honestly.

No unregistered guests.
No parties, large gatherings, or speakers anywhere on the property.
No smoking or vaping (including medical cannabis) inside or on the property. A $500 penalty applies.
No loudspeakers allowed at the pool.
No flushing anything except toilet paper. Improper use may result in a $300+ plumbing fee.

Clearwater enforces a citywide quiet ordinance from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may lead to eviction without a refund.

Clearwater throwback motel

Quaint motel a little north from the busy area but very walkable to the beach, bars, and restaurants. The room had everything we needed. We would stay there again.

Enjoyed every moment at Monaco...ive booked here 3 times and will continue...brings back memories from when I lived on the beach as a kid...:) Clean quiet and easy to walk everywhere.

The property was walking distance from restaurants, a gas station, and a CVS. Communication with the property owner was amazing. They recommended activities and restaurants and answered back quickly to any questions. It was a great time and took 2 minutes to walk to the beach. Definitely would like to come back again!

4th of July

There is no AC in the bedroom. The window is as large as the wall & there are no mini blinds either. When the sun sets, it is very hot. The kitchen is not fully equipped. The stove & oven do not work. Spent money on my way there & could not cook breakfast, lunch, or dinner. There are no coffee cups. There are no ice trays. If your still not sure if you should stay at this location, read the 1st sentence again.

Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy!

Made reservations for 3, so expected towels and bedding for all when we arrived after 10p! But that wasn’t the situation, so we had to message several times and have them delivered. The large burner on the stove was destroyed, which we reported immediately. They brought us a hot plate sometime the next day and the large burner on it didn’t work either! There was a coffee pot, but no coffee cups and an oven, but no ovenware. Things you would assume when there is a kitchen with dishes. The bedroom has a hole in the wall for the air from the living/kitchen area, so whoever sleeps on the couch freezes and those in the bedroom sweat! Won’t even start on the bathroom! We were given an assigned parking spot only to come back and find someone in it. When I sent a message. The response I got was you can park in any of the spots. We sat and waited 20 minutes to find this out. We didn’t want to just park and risk getting towed. We noticed yesterday that the numbers were being painted over. Each of the messages noted that if they didn’t receive 5 stars that was a failure! The failure is that I paid way too much for 5 sleeps and I feel that was the failure! If I could have rated 0 stars I would!

Great location, very clean, and exactly how it's described in the listing.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property itself had a great pool and was well maintained. Our apartment was clean, the area was quite but also in close proximity to everything! It was perfect for our anniversary getaway and would highly recommend staying here.

Awesome location!

This property is walking distance to the beach, bars, restaurants and shopping. We parked our car and walked everywhere. Antoni is a great host. The unit is clean and perfect for a couple looking to get away. We will definitely be back. Exceeded our expectations.

Everything was just as it was described in the add. Clean, close to the beach, walkable dining. The only thing below par was the water temp in the shower. We both felt it was a great value and a great location with parking and a heated pool.
