"This is the third time our family has stayed in this beautiful and unique house. Beautiful location, easy access, private, roomy, tasteful, well-equipped. The hosts are really unusually responsive, helpful and supportive. "

"The apartment is recently renovated with on-street parking with opposite side street cleaning restrictions for 1.5 hours on Thursday (one side) and Friday (the other). Easy to find spots anytime during the day, but try to park by 4-ish because it's harder after peole get back from work. The apartment has a huge primary bedroom with a king bed, sofa and large TV. The second BR is small but enough space for a queen bed and storage. The sitting area has one couch and 3 barstools at the counter facing the kitchen, as well as a small desk and chair under the TV. First floor access with a few steps from outside, but otherwise easy for people with limited mobility. Host stocked the fridge with bottled water and have all the supplies for morning coffee. Super soft sheets...I want to buy them!Very convenient to the NY Presbyterian Allen Hospital (about 1 mile) and is really the only option that's close other than the housing at the hospital. Not a ton of restaurants near here, but easy to drive to Manhattan or further into the Bronx. The apartment is right over the border in the Bronx (from Manhattan)."
