Can't complain about the room but felt scammed

Pros: Apartment was big and spacious Location was central Neg: charged 4 euro tourist tax for two nights, next hotel was 50 cents for one night🤔 Asked for an clothes iron, it didnt have the countries plug, asked at reception for an adaptor or another iron and i was offered to buy one for 10 euro "i had to" felt like a scam to me

Accommodations were nice. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed to make and eat a meal. Skip the breakfast and go grab something across the street. There’s a lot of options. Truly the only downside and a big one was all the construction. The main roads were blocked all the way down to the beach. Making a maze out of the streets. Even the beach front streets were blocked. It really ruined the atmosphere. Wish we had stayed anywhere else due to this. Having a washing machine was nice. AC was nice a cool. Staff was accommodating and got me an extra pillow when asked.

We statyed for 5 nights and the place is fantastic. Great location, close to the beach and tons of bars and restaurants in the community. The place is super clean and has all you need for a longer stay. The staff are super friendly, they do room service every day and they have very good breakfast every morning. They also have live music over the weekends at the roof top whcih was very nice. Highly recommended.

Good place to stay

Very modern clean well equipped suite. Lovely and helpfull staff. Lounge on the rooftop with a sea view. Located in the heart of Bugibba and less than 3min walk to the seafront bus stops or supermarket.

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at StiLLel Retreat. The room was clean and room service was excellent. We were able to cook meals together and enjoy use of the smartTV, WiFi and Aircon. The staff were polite and communication was excellent. There was one night of loud music from an adjacent hotel/bar/restaurant but apart from this the room was well sound insulated and we slept well. We would definitely come back.

Warm and welcoming service.The property had all the basic essentials I needed it was very clean bed comfortable. The only feedback if there was a tea towel to dry dishes and sponge to wash up.

The day before we checked out we put the sign “please clean up my room” on the door. We came back to the hotel and it was not done. They told us they took a picture of the sign being “do not disturb”. I believe they wouldn’t clean the room a day before the checkout, making me look stupid. Despite this, it was a good stay.

Excellent location and lovely staff who accommodated my request for a table to work from in my room. Decent breakfast on the rooftop which has lovely views of the area and lots of space to chill/hang out. I was staying on the first floor which was quite loud at times but lots of space in the room for storage and the bathroom was modern and clean. My room was quite dark and didn’t have a balcony so if I was to stay again I would ask for that. Otherwise, lovely stay and would definitely recommend.

newly renovated...clean n tidy...location is good but if u r driving....its almost impossible to find a parking space nearby in the evening. room is spacious but there r no refrigerator...no electric kettle...no table..no chair ....shower area no curtains if this room is for elderly or handicapped they should make a remark in the website.
