"Only one out if the two AC was working. We asked the service desk and they said it would get cooler. The outside room AC was blowing and not cool air. My daughters could not sleep. "
"Hersonissos is very chill. My hotel was fabulous- did not see a need to go out to clubs, etc., except for excursions, as it was all inclusive. There was nightly entertainment, 5 pools, several restaurants, and my own private beach. Very kid/family friendly as well as singles. "

Room service was good in terms of cleaning but make sure you lock up your valubles in a safe place as i found one of the cleaners in our room when DO NOT DISTURB SIGN WAS DISPLAYED. I did mention this to the reception and was apologised. Otherwise the hotel was a great stay. Had a very good room with a private Jacuzzi (Plunge pool). "
