Staff spoke very poor English so while they wanted to help you, it was difficult. Internet didn’t work for my whole trip and I was told (not sure how true) that Air China have offices in the hotel and they restrict the internet. Food was very poor (evening) at the hotel but the breakfast was great. Plenty of food options locally with a decent Irish pub and great tapas place within 5 minutes. 4/10

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Helped me get my misplaced bag back and gave great information about the local area. Very much a business type hotel mostly a commercial area.
