"We had a very pleasant peaceful stay, location is very good, bungalow clean, garden well look after and a good size. The host left more you can ask for in extras.
Ignore bad you reviews you might find, we definitely will return. Only issue was that it was difficult to find out how to get in but a friendly neighbour helped us"

"Room was cleaned to a high standard throughout our stay. my only drip is I was unable to reach the washbasins ( I am confined to a wheelchair) and could not get close enough either basin. Staff were always cheerful and very helpful. breakfast was plentiful and reasonably hot. we were able to watch the rabbits feeding."

"The views are spectacular!!the house is so cozy. We didn’t know until the last day that there was a loo on the back porch! We got to see two red foxes frolicking on the greenbelt! As Californians… we thought there would be kings size beds….but…they were queen sizes and full sizes . It was ok for a few days but if we had to stay longer, we wouldn’t have been able. To be fair, though, the beds were COMFORTABLE!!! We plan to return and hope it’ll be available when we book accommodations! "

"The owner confirmed question before we arrived and was there to show us the room, letting us know breakfast time and aquantus us with the keys. The room was clean and warm with a separate toilet and shower that worked well. The breakfast was great with a choice of cereal, lots of high quality full english breakfast items and toast with jams. Lots of drink options too with fresh orange juice. Jim the owner has made a special place to stay, even allowing guests to use the dining area outside of breakfast time with a microwave available to use. There are information leaflets for the area too, with the main town just being a short walk away. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Thanks Jim"

"The apartment was perfect in every way. Location to Dreamland, communication with host, cleanliness, the tea, coffee & snacks, with milk in the fridge was a very nice touch.
The courtyard garden was a lovely subtract and seating very comfy."
