"We had to leave one night earlier due to urgent family circumstances and the lady was so kind to refund the breakfast and a big part of the night we had to cancel. We will definitely go back, friendly staff, good breakfast and a restaurant inside the hotel."
"Personnel very friendly. Nice outside seating area in the green. Safe separate area for bike parking. Some more choice of fruits for breakfast would be appreciated"

"Hotel walking distance from the main train station. Check-in was quick and easy. Got a map to the relevant sights and shopping/eating places nearby.
Hotel is steps away from Porta Nigra and the Altstadt.
My room was clean and decent size, bed comfortable with a dining room and a big bathroom.
Only issue is the safe was non functional and WiFi is only available in the lobby.
During my stay, the elevator is under maintenance and I had to use stairs. I was ok with it however those with less ableness could be a challenge.
Overall, the hotel is nice, clean and comfortable and matched my requirements."
"Everything about this facility was great. It is easy to access and the on-site parking is very reasonable (10 euros a day). The room was spacious and the overall facility is updated, clean, and convenient. The downtown walking zone is just across a street with multiple dining options, markets and shops."
Stylish penthouse apartment with terrace in best location with grand piano
10/10 Excellent
"Excellently presented, fully equipped apartment just a stone's throw from the station and the town centre. Everywhere we wanted to visit was easily walkable.
Bed was comfortable, and the grand piano just beautiful. Great little balcony too for some outside space.
Would stay here again if we returned to Trier. "
