"We stayed in one of the lakeside rooms which had a beautiful view. Room was slightly cold because of this but reception did provide us with an extra heater. It was my husbands birthday so they provided a gift and prosecco which was lovely. Food was great, lovely staff and clean hotel. Book ahead for the spa to avoid disappointment. "

A special mention for the lovely guy on reception who checked us in, and really did make us feel most welcome, he was extremely informative and nothing was ever too much trouble! "We really enjoyed our stay at The Lakes by Yoo. Everything was clean and well designed and the pool and spa facilities were good. Most importantly the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. There was a minor issue with our original room so they kindly upgraded us to a suite for our final night, which we weren't able to stay in as we had to leave due to a family emergency, but the gesture was greatly appreciated. We hope to visit again in the future! "
