Great Hotel in a great pisition

We chose this because it was close to family but it turned out to be much better than we expected. Great staff, good food lovely room with doors leading out to pool. Great outside seating to sit and watch the sea.

The staff were warm and friendly, always prepared to make sure we had everything we needed. The views were beautiful, with cliff walks and plenty of benches along the way. The most outstanding thing about this hotel was the food. The chef was first class and the food was of excellent quality.

Marvellous stay

Fabulous stay at the Jerbourg. Incredible menu and quality of food. Service was friendly and efficient - all the staff were really lovely and the owners are super-nice people. I’ve visited Guernsey often, and this is really a little gem of a spot.

Wish we could have stayed longer...

Everything was superb from start to finish - stylish hotel, spotlessly clean, absolutely lovely room with pretty much panoramic views (Room 11), comfortable king-sized bed and quality toiletries. Choice of cooked breakfasts daily and ample fresh fruit and pastries. Staff immaculate and really friendly. Sunday lunch featured the best carvery my husband had ever had!

Amazing

We stayed here over the summer holiday with our kids and we all had a fantastic time. The hotel itself is in the most beautiful setting with amazing views in all directions. The breakfasts were lovely and the hotel has a great coffee shop with the most gorgeous cakes and ice cream. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Special mention to the staff who were just fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond…thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be returning.

Decent cliff top location with excellent views in the right conditions. Hotel OK, but a little tired and didn’t really excel at anything. Tip - bring your own hairdryer and tea bags.

Bedroom not very clean. Lots of dust on TV. Bathroom not very clean. Rust on bath. Windows and blinds in corridor full of dead flies and webs. Breakfast not too good. Breads need covering as flies walking on bread boards. Not up to standards from 2 years ago.

L'établissement est idéalement situé pour profiter du calme et de la vue splendide sur la côte. Un plus : le bus pour aller visiter l'île s'arrête juste devant la porte de l'hôtel. Sentier de randonnée également à proximité. L'accueil est très chaleureux et le personnel aux petits soins. Côté restauration, petit déjeûner vraiment complet, restauration copieuse et savoureuse. Chambres spacieuses et très bien tenues.
