Would definitely stay again.breakfast excellent value.but if visiting at busy time better to book breakfast before arrival so their bakery delivers enough as can run out.laundry service daily if required for clean towels etc.even left mini eggs on bed at Easter.

Suitable accommodation

Great place to stay as not far from Roscoff ferry. We had a double bed with two single beds on a mezzanine so that was great for us and our two children.

Budget hotel. Does what it says but is soulless. Dry and clean. On industrial estate. Decathlon next door could be helpful if you are on a bike as I was. Automated check in does not mesh with automated Expedia booking - the reservation number doesn’t work and you need to use intercom to speak to a call centre.

Perfect for what we needed but only downfall was in the adverse temperature for August there was no air conditioning, which made it somewhat uncomfortable but this couldn’t be helped. Opening the tilting window helped very little.

Cheap and cheerful. Comfortable bed, very clean but basic. Value for money. Check in was difficult, the reception wasn’t open but we were given a code to retrieve our key. The trouble was that, even though we’d prepaid via Expedia we had to pay again by card to retrieve our room key. When the reception reopened this was refunded, but after a long journey this was a stress we could have done without.

The accommodation was fine, but check in was complicated. I had the booking clearly shown on my phone and on paper, but staff took a good ten minutes to find it and initially offered only one room whereas we had three booked. It wasn't a reassuring arrival.

The stairs in the bed room (46) were a little steep. My son slipped down them. It was late when we arrived and i just brushed him off and he was fine, i cant remember if there was any grip to them, but if not, maybe something to help grip Other than that, a great stop over spot before the ferry.

Terrible, dangerous.

Do not book the family room with young children, it’s too dangerous. No air conditioning. Main light switching crackling on use and the shower cubicle flooded through the wall into the room overnight. Very poor response to this.

Très bon séjour dans le cadre du travail d’un nuit. Le personnel est à l’écoute et très serviable. Service d’enregistrement à la borne efficace. Encore un merci aux réceptionnistes pour leur amabilité et leur service. Je reviendrai!

L'établissement est ancien, et peu acceuillant. Le systéme d'enregistrement en cas d'absence n'est pas opérationnel, et malgré l'intrevention du service d'aide, les numérfos communiqués ne fonctionnent pas. Enfin aprés avoir attendu j'ai pu prendre possession de la chambre. La chambre est froide et sans confort. La literie est douloureuse, et les rideaux laissent passer la lumière. La salle de bain est cependant, acceptable.

Personnel irrespectueux... quel dommage

Hotel disponible dès 14h. Sauf q'il est impossible d'avoir le code d'accès la réservation n'apparait pas sur la borne. On nous dira que c'est un bug du système. 3/4 d'heure tout de même pour pouvoir avoir le numéro de la chambre et le code d'accès. Vers 16h, un employé entre dans la chambre !!!!!!! le lendemain matin les femmes de ménages entrent dans la chambre dès 08h30 alors que la chambre est réservée jusqu' à 12h. Il faudrait voir à respecter l'intimité des clients !!!!! Un hôtel pourtant très bien c'est vraiment dommage.

Odeur d'égouts dans la salle de bain... Poignet de la salle de bain cassée... Cuvette des toilettes cassée... C'est TRES cher pour ce que c'est et ela ne aut même pas 2 étoiles !!! Passez votre chemin !

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Chambre très propre et plutôt moderne en comparaison à d'autres chaînes d'hôtel de même gamme. Axe d'amélioration : une petite serviette de bain supplémentaire pour les cheveux n'aurait pas été superflue et un peu plus de choix pour le petit déjeuné non plus. Globalement nous sommes très satisfait de notre séjour.
