"We visited Das James for a weekend get away and we loved every minute of it. We where two adults and our baby boy and we felt so welcome from the second we arrived to we left again. The room and spa area was amazing (small minus that a mistake happens and the kids spa wasn’t heated but was managed very well!). We enjoyed both rooms service and the James farmhouse restaurant and the food was so delicious. This was our first vist but for not our last!"

"Absolutely amazing location and cute interior. Deducting points for 1) partially really dirty cutlery and dishes in the kitchen, 2) household essentials not made available, e.g. the liquid soap in the bathroom had a single drop left, there was one dishwasher tablet made available for four days, not enough towels, etc., and 3) we were left to feel like criminals when it turned out we had made an honest booking mistake (not adding our 4-year old, which we then made up for by paying extra), and scolded like children by the owner."
