Had a good time. Room felt very spacious and modern. Welcomed the complimentary non-alcoholic drinks when I arrived. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would choose again and hopefully have enough time to also visit the wellness area.

Great hotel but arrogant staff

Great beat idyl and central hotel but somewhat in personal when arriving. Professional yes, but not welcoming. Defineteky felt like a hotel, but not a Home away from Home due to aloof, business as usual treatment of staff up on arrival!

Solid place but very bad sleep..

Very friendly service and incredibly beautiful, clean rooms in a lovely location. Unfortunately, there was a lot of noise at night from the hallway and the garage area — doors slamming and guests returning late made it difficult to sleep before midnight. Sadly, the lack of a good night's sleep overshadowed what was otherwise an excellent stay. The staff was kind and understanding when we mentioned the issue at checkout.

Great hotel, but really warm in the summer

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. It's a really nice hotel with a good atmosphere. We stayed there in July, and even it was not a very warm summer day, the room was really warm, and with no aircon, it was not really good!

Great hotel, we have been there multiple times. However this time service in restaurant failed a bit. Staff made multiple mistakes, however they solved them as well. Another change - room cleaning is every second day, not daily. Hotel claims it’s to be more environment friendly (maybe yes, maybe it’s an excuse). Overall - great hotel, but not sure we will come back again.

The bathroom shower was not safe! The shower head was very high on a very high ceiling. Hence water went everywhere. But the worst was the fact that the shower floor was extremely slippery. Thankfully we did not fall!!!!

Beim Check In wurde eine Parkgebühr von 15€ pro Tag genannt ohne weiteren Hinweis! Beim Check out wurde nochmal 20€ extra fürs Laden des Autos berechnet! Dieses muss zwingend beim Check In gesagt werden, zumal auch nirgends am Parkplatz ect. ein Hinweis oder die zusätzliche Gebühr angezeigt wird! So denkt man die Parkgebühr ist inkl.
