Top St. Luke's United Methodist Church Hotel Reviews
"Nice older hotel close to attractions and restaurants. Clean hotel with very friendly staff. Our suite was a good size with a nice view. The furniture in our room was very old and worn, needs to be replaced. The windows don’t look like they’ve been cleaned for years. The furniture in the common areas looks great. Their website touts “elegant accommodations” well, maybe elegant at one time. "
"We were traveling with friends. This hotel was fun and different from the standard chains. The owner is friendly and funny! Our rooms were comfortable, location was good and we had a great time. "
"The house is beautiful and well maintained. It is a fun opportunity to imagine life in one of these beautiful old homes from the 19th century. A wonderful breakfast was served Saturday and Sunday. Simon was great. Friendly and full of tips and ideas to help make the most of our time in Dubuque. We stayed in Florence’s room, which had great views of the city, and the bed in the turret with curved windows all around. We would highly recommend staying here.
It was close to everything. We recommend the River Museum, the Riverwalk and Stonecliff winery, hiking at Mines of Spain and viewing eagles at Eagle Point. The murals were great, the Riverlight bookstore Sorpresa shop were interesting. Enjoyed good meals at Caroline’s, Dubuque Mining Company and the Copper Kettle. Loved the architecture in Dubuque."
Bring the children to Grand Harbor Resort and Waterpark and enjoy some excitement at this theme park in Dubuque. Wander the area's riverfront or simply enjoy one of its top-notch restaurants.
