Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch
Couldn't adjust the heat in my room as it was below freezing outside. Also, they misinformed me about the garage parking. Made my 1$t few trips inside & outta the hotel very stressful.....

Drury Plaza Hotel St. Louis at the Arch
Ok. This is like the very first Drury hotel and it is pristine. The value is all there and it is fully 4-5 stars. The only problem is you have to pay $28+ for parking.
