Everything seemed more like a cheap motel. Room service came in a cardboard box. No one knew how to cast to the TV. All Apps and no service. No cash excepted. The valet did call a cab for us that was helpful everything else seemed sub-par.

There weren’t towels, not in my room at check in, and not available at the front desk. Staff said they were completely out, said it happens regularly, on my second day of my stay I was able to get a washcloth, last one available, and that was literally it for the entirety of my stay. Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel
It was entirely too loud. Parties taking place in our hallway. Nice room, but staff has no control over late night guests. We won’t stay here again.
