Located downtown adjacent but not in the hustle and bustle. We booked this hotel because it had free breakfast, free parking, and it had a hot tub. All of which were exactly what we had hoped for! Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch
Had to switch rooms due to the rooms being nasty. Rooms seemed old and outdated. Mattress, pillow, and bed spread was uncomfortable. Some elevators were out of services.
