House Policies Important Information Pet Policy: Dog-friendly only. $150 non-refundable fee added after booking. Unauthorized pets or violations incur a $300 fee. No Smoking: Strictly prohibited indoors. $250 violation fee applies. Lost Items: $25 handling fee + shipping for item returns. Extended Stays: Reservations over 21 days will include a $50 long-term cleaning fee. Late Check-Out: Unauthorized late departures subject to a $50 fee.
