Overall we have had an amazing experience and stay. Property management responds pretty quickly and is very easy to handle and well versed with his properties. I would highly recommend for any stay short or long
The apartment is an upstairs unit. We rented it for 6 nights. It is located very close to the interstate and other reviews had mentioned hearing the traffic at night but that was not an issue for any of us. After checking in we found we did not have enough towels for the five of us and there weren’t sheets for the hideaway mattress. I contacted the property manager and within a couple hours, they were dropped off at the property without issues. The entire apartment really just needs a deep clean and it would make for a nice apartment. We did not have major issues with the cleanliness other than the couch. Another reviewer had stated it smelled like cat urine and at the time stayed, it still did. We stayed during one of the hottest weeks and outside temps stayed in the 80’s-90’s so the AC was on constantly but it never got the apartment cooler than 74. I hope this review helps. We would stay here again.

Needs a lot of tlc
The owner did a decent job of trying to make the place look nice, BUT there was a lot wrong with it! To rent it in the shape that it is in the price should ve cut in half ar least, or it needs a HUGE upgrade, inside and out!
The outside stairs going into the building were really bad. They bottom 2 steps were loose and wiggled when you stepped on them, the bottom 3 or 4 steps also had some wood rot going on and the whole stair case has settled funny and were slightly leaning forward and really far to the right. The steps were also really shallow, so i actually had to sidestep down them. The whole staircase needs to be torn down and redone honestly.
The inside of the apartment was pretty rough and was not super clean either. The couch smelled faintly of cat urine, the fridge had loose shelves and was not super clean, there was dirt and debri in the drawers of dressers, the extra bed was small and dirty and didn't even have a full set of sheets for it, the beds were not queen sized they were full sized doubles, there were no curtains in any of the rooms so the bedrooms were pretty bright at night, the bathroom counter was slightly loose, the bathroom door lock was not tight and you could see into the bathroom when the door was shut.

Needs Some Work....
Overall, I cannot recommend staying at this unit until there are some improvements.
On the positive side, the unit is close to Lafayette Square Park, which is very nice. Also Clementine's Naughty & Nice Ice Cream (very yummy) is walking distance. The space is okay for 4 people, but it would be difficult with more than 4 people because there is only 1 small bathroom. The stairs leading to the unit were a bit small and you really needed to be careful using them.
That being said, there are a number of things that can be done to improve the client/customer experience.
Very nice bath towels were furnished, but we needed to use one as a bathroom mat because one was not supplied. The hand towels were not sufficient for bathroom or kitchen use.
While the floors looked visibly clean, if you walked in the unit with bare feet or clean socks...they were filthy dirty after just a few minutes (the host should fire the cleaning agency).
The kitchen appliances could use some updating, particularly the dishwasher. The dishwasher had food debris inside when we arrived (again, comment re: firing the cleaning agency) and it was quite loud when we used it to do our dishes.
There was not a single clothes hanger in the entire unit!
While we were able to cook our dinner in the unit, we needed to buy absolutely everything needed to prepare the meal...including salt and pepper. Note to host: it would be nice to have a few things like cooking oil and condiments to make cooking easier for the renter. There was a Keurig, but it did not look clean so we did not use it. Also, it would have been nice to have some tea bags.
The unit is located just off the highway and you can hear the traffic...but it did not impact my family's ability to fall asleep.
The caulking in the bathroom looks awful...you might consider removing it and having it redone or watch a youtube video on how to apply caulking properly and to make it look nice.
There was no hand soap in the kitchen and no CLEAN sponges to do dishes or clean the dining table.
In my opinion, we overpaid for the experience that we received.
