The room was comfortable. The night staff was not very friendly, but the morning staff on check out was nicer. We missed not having a mini fridge for water and tea, but we made lemonade out of lemons. For the love of God, someone please remove the crackerjack sticker from the lamp base on the side of the bed.

Nice Stay

It isn't a fancy place but the rooms were, the staff were great and the location was nice! The ice machine on the third floor was locked up, so we had to go to the front desk to get ice, but otherwise, it was a nice stay!

What can i say..its a red roof inn, but what impressed me was that it was cleaner than i expected. I use wipes before any stay and this place was actually very clean..no dirty wipes..it did the trick for the purpose of my trip..yes I'll stay again for a quick trip

Litter on property likely blown in since it was windy. Staff was friendly. Had a mix-up on my reservation that was resolved by the manager upon me going to the front desk. All in all, I’d recommend this location and will return to stay here again.

Overall, my stay was great! The room, property, and lobby were all clean and presentable. My only complaint would be the bathroom door in my room. It was off balance which caused it to not close. But it wasn’t a huge problem since we only stayed one night. All staff that I encountered were welcoming and had good character. I would recommend this hotel to any friends and family.

Fine, but not impressed

The room was clean when we arrived, and the price was great. However, I made our reservation for a family of 4, and they only left 2 towels in our room. When my husband asked for more, they told him that we needed to bring our dirty towels to the office to get more. After explaining that we had 4 people, they finally gave him some more, but we shouldn’t have had to go begging for more. They did not come in and clean or refresh anything during our stay. The hotel WiFi was not secure, which was a concern to my husband. And the sign at the desk says they are not responsible if anything goes missing inside or outside of your room, which just raised red flags for me. Like I said, the price was nice, but I will likely find a different hotel the next time we travel to St. Louis!

Dresser drawer was broken. Room was hot and ac did not work. 3am wakeup from kids passing my room and knocking on the door. They charged a deposit and then cpuldnt tefund it. Shower worked well. Bed was comfortable.

Hot chocolate run.

Walked in office and stood right right in front of associate that had head phones on and was playing on his phone took about 5 minutes for him to look up and see us, he did change our room to lower level upon asking but the key card did not work it took three times going back before it worked then we went out to dinner and came back and it didn’t work again the bathroom door was falling off the hinges on a good note beds was comfortable and you could smell the bleach.
