Staff were so friendly and helpful. I forgot my phone charger in my room and the housekeeper ran outside in hopes to catch me still in the parking lot (I was). I booked the wrong room and they were quick to correct MY error and switched my room for me. The property is under remodeling , but it is still easy to get around. It was perfect for a one night stay to get rear on a long drive. I make this drive a few times a year and will definitely stay here again. Please note the pool is closed due to the remodel, but they have jacuzzi tub rooms!

Rooms did not look like they did online. Building was under construction with exposed ceilings not properly blocked off. Room was not clean, stains in bedding, damaged walls with debris on floor, etc. did not stay the night. Went back down to desk to get a refund.

Luxury has checked out of the Luxury Inn

This hotel is much like an army jeep from the 1930s. Completely utilitarian with absolutely no frills whatsoever. I did give them a higher rating on “Eco-friendliness” because they clearly do not clean in between guests, saving on water and other resources. Their website made no mention of the kitchen and pool undergoing renovations, so my kids were met with immediate disappointment upon checking in. I could go on, but really, no need to kick anyone while they’re down. If you need a bed, and insufficient black out curtains, this is your place. If you want any sort of amenities, drive an extra 15 minutes, and stay someplace else.

Even though there was construction going on , there was trash on the outside by the door, the shower water pressure was really high. It felt like exfoliating your skin. The breakfast wasn't much some muffins and a coffee pot.

This is an old outdated property. The management is in the process of extensive remodeling and hopefully this will be a nice property in the future. It is also in a location that is not easy to get to and that is a disadvantage.
