While the rounded doorways are reminiscent of a genteel era, the rest of this elegant property has been updated and modernized for today's discerning traveler. With 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, up to 6 guests can be comfortably accommodated here, along with 2 furry family members. Its wonderful location just next door to the Botanical Gardens is a welcomed natural reprieve in the center of the city.
Enter the gracious living room, decked out in soothing shades of blue and cream. With a sand-colored brick hearth as the focal point, you'll be drawn to the comfortable, plush sofa and two side chairs. A flat-screen TV with both cable and Wi-Fi ensures entertaining evenings, enjoying both favorite shows, movies, and long-awaited sporting events.
Through the doorway is a formal dining room for 6, perfect for shared evening meals, catching up on the day's activities, and planning more fun together.
Don't let the petite size of the kitchen fool you. It offers everything the family chef needs to make a simple charcuterie board, a full meal, or anything in between. Fully equipped, it features full-size stainless steel appliances, exceptional cabinet space, and enough counter space for food prep. We also treat each guest to a complimentary snack box as a “thank you” for staying with us.
Just outside the kitchen and tucked smartly in a corner, is a table for two. It's perfect for a shared cup of coffee, breakfast, and quiet conversation.
The first of 3 bedrooms offer a queen size bed. You'll be charmed by the rustic decor, with metal wall hangings and a lovely wood plank ceiling. Additional features include dual nightstands and lamps, as well as a wall-mounted TV.
The second bedroom has beautiful and distinctive stained-glass windows. It also has a queen size bed, with dual nightstands and lamps, a ceiling fan, and a rack for your clothes. To make up for the lack of a closet, this bedroom has an en-suite half-bath. A large TV sits atop an 8-drawer dresser.
The shared hall bath offers an updated walk-in shower and vanity.
The third bedroom also offers a queen-size bed against a soothing blue accent wall. Other features include two nightstands and lamps, and a ceiling fan.
A stacked washer and dryer is located in a closet and for our youngest guests, we provide a high chair and pack-n-play.

The Location:
Whether you are in town for family or friends, there is plenty to keep you busy in the St. Louis Area. This St. Louis home is just minutes away from all of the best saint louis attractions.
If you're traveling with kids, be sure to check out The City Museum. It's not quite what you would expect from a “museum” per se. The City Museum has been voted a must-see destination in St. Louis.
Our latest attraction in St. Louis is at Union Station. Union Station has been around since 1894. The city just put a brand new aquarium in along with an awesome temperature-controlled Ferris Wheel, mini-golf, and restaurants!
Also, the beautiful botanical gardens are within walking distance and within sight of this lovely apt. Check out the butterfly exhibit at the Botanical Gardens along with much other fun stuff to do without the need for transportation.
Now let's not forget our most famous attraction here in The Gateway to the West. You will be just a short 8-minute drive to St. Louis Gateway Arch and downtown.
Are you a baseball or hockey fan? Busch Stadium, the home of the St. Louis Cardinals, and Enterprise Center, the home of the 2019 Stanley Cup Champion St. Louis Blues are both within an 8-minute Uber ride from this home. Be sure to catch a game because St. Louis has some awesome sports fans!
Maybe you're looking for a romantic night out? Be sure to check out The Hill for great Italian food or head over to the Central West End for live music and cocktails at Scarlett's Wine Bar.
Lastly, for the outdoorsy person, Forest Park has a little bit of everything! Dine at the boathouse and rent paddle boards, get a tee time at The Forest Park Golf Course, and go see some animals at the Saint Louis Zoo! This is the largest city park in the country (yes, it's larger than Central Park in NYC) so there is plenty to explore.
