This 1,597 sq ft designer loft sits inside the historic Bogen Building, a converted warehouse in downtown St. Louis`s Washington Avenue loft district. Original character — exposed brick, timber beam ceilings, cast-iron columns, and polished concrete floors — meets a fully renovated interior. The layout features a private king bedroom, a queen bed tucked into its own nook off the living area behind a rattan screen, two full bathrooms, and an open living/dining space with a smart TV and comfortable seating. Your stay includes a reserved garage parking spot, gigabit WiFi, and fob access to all building amenities: a rooftop clubhouse with game room, rooftop grilling terrace, fitness center, and business room.

You`ll have the entire loft to yourselves, plus access to all building amenities: the rooftop clubhouse (game room and TV lounge), rooftop terrace with grills, first-floor fitness center, business/study room, and coffee bar. One reserved parking spot in the secure garage is included. Self check-in: you`ll receive your building access code and key pickup instructions before arrival. Your keyset includes the unit key, an amenity fob for the elevator and common areas, and a garage remote.

A few things to know before booking:
• Background check & ID required. Building management requires the booking guest to complete a brief background check, and all adult guests to provide photo ID, before check-in details are released. We send the link right after booking — it takes about five minutes. Please complete it within 48 hours. If it isn`t completed or can`t be cleared, we`ll ask you to cancel for a full refund.
• Noise monitoring: the unit has a decibel monitor (it cannot record sound) to keep the building peaceful. Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM.
• Doorbell camera: an exterior-facing camera at the front door. No cameras inside the unit.
• This is a residential building — no parties or events.
• Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.
Background check & ID (building requirement): The booking guest must complete a criminal background check, and every guest must provide a photo ID, before check-in details are released. We`ll send the quick link after booking — it takes just a few minutes. If a clear check cannot be provided, the reservation will be cancelled with a full refund.

Registered guests only. Only the guests on the reservation may stay or visit the unit. Max occupancy is 4 and is strictly enforced. No unregistered visitors.
No parties or events. This is a residential building with long-term neighbors. A noise-level monitor is installed (measures decibels only — cannot record sound or conversations). Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM.

Do not unplug the noise monitor, the doorbell camera, or the sync module (small white device in the bedroom). Disconnecting any of these results in a fine and may end the stay without refund.

No smoking or vaping anywhere in the unit or building. Violation results in a deep-cleaning fine.
Parking: Assigned garage spot B46 only. Vehicles in other spots may be towed at the owner`s expense.
Keys: Your keyset (unit key, amenity fob, garage remote) must be returned to the lockbox at check-out. Lost or unreturned items are charged at replacement cost.

No pets at this time. (Service animals welcome per Airbnb policy — documentation required by the building.)

Building rules apply: Guests must follow all Bogen building rules in common areas, including the rooftop and gym. Trash goes bagged into the garbage room on your floor — nothing left in hallways.
Check-out by 11 AM. Late check-out may incur a fee unless approved in advance.

Early check-in from 1 PM and late checkout until 1 PM available for $50 when the cleaning schedule permits, arranged through Airbnb`s Resolution Center.
