"Stayed 4. days room were not made. Requested towels only received clean towels 2 days. A lot of walking from only area to another. Request handicapped room but room wasn’t handicapped equip. Parking area was dirty and very tight for large cars. Damage car trying to maneuver around in the garage."

"The carpeting was sticky we did not take our shoes off until we stepped into the tub/Shower. The shower head leaked between the head and the pipe it comes out of so all of the water ran down the wall and not on your body.
