"Nice, clean hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fitness center was good. The elevators in the East and West towers are very slow, especially during busy times. We spent LOTS of time waiting for the elevators. "

"This place is from the Gilded Age and beautiful. The flooring, tiling, the atmosphere was cool. The one thing, though, was that the valet was extremely difficult to work with and not labeled to where to go, there was no signage anywhere. We had to drive around the city and find a place to park to call the hotel—which was no help. The staff had absolutely no idea where to tell us to go, and when we finally did, we sat in a lane of traffic IN THE ROAD while other sped through and were told to leave everything there and the vehicle. We received two different valet tickets. It’s a real circus there. We went inside after not knowing where our vehicle would end up, and were greeted with the stunning building, but again, NO SIGNS pointing ANYWHERE to the check in, restaurant, or the “market” that was closed at 9:00pm — which didn’t help when I needed an Advil to rid my fever. We could simply not navigate through this place. I would never, ever stay there again. I spent $600 for ONE night and the only thing ‘worth it’ was the free water bottles from the coffee maker. Terrible, terrible. I was disgusted, and disappointed. "

"Stayed with my family for a weekend away, walking distance to the Dome & Arch. Breakfast was great, kids enjoyed the pool. Comfortable sitting areas in the lobby. Staff were very nice and I enjoyed the extra safety measures (entering the building and elevator). Room was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again. "

"The 1st room we was placed in had a dirty toilet (something black on the seat) the we were given another room the was kind of clean but had so much spillage and dirt on the walls and bathroom door."

"This was an average property. It was in close proximity to The Dome, which was the purpose of our stay. As a frequent traveler, I felt the price and fees for one night, were high. Also, I received an additional charge after our stay, late in the evening, which was not reflected on our statement. Needless to say, we will be selecting a different hotel during our next visit to St. Louis. "

"The room was dirty, sheets weren’t clean, bathroom was filthy, each light was different and flickering, HVAC was SOOO loud we were up all night, hall HVAC was like a train going through the hall. Avoid like the plague!!!"

"The hotel was great. I love the options to dine at the hotel. The brewery had amazing food with great staff and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. The front staff were all polite and friendly. The hotel store was open early and late which was very convenient. The area was also pleasant and had a lot to do within walking distance and it felt safe. "

"We booked this hotel for the vicinity to the Dome and for the known chain name. There were several issues during our stay that i think were significant due to the fact the hotel was sold out for the weekend: Parking is only valet and there was only one person working valet, so, could take up to 45min to get the vehicle 3 elevators but only 1 was working We didnt have hot water the first morning we showered The handle on our bathroom drawer was broken, the piece put in the drawer, when we arrived There were dirty dishes from the previous guest in the dishwasher, which caused the room to smell bad"
