"Our night was a bit of a disaster. We had two rooms booked with two double beds but the AC didn’t work in one of our rooms. Fortunately, the staff were accommodating and switched us to a room with working AC. The worst part was that after dinner when we returned to one of our rooms, THERE WERE OTHER PEOPLE IN OUR ROOM. Somehow one of the rooms we had already been checked into got reassigned to some new guests checking in. We were lucky we hadn’t moved any of our suitcases into the room we’d lost, but it was definitely awkward unlocking the door to find other guests using our bathroom and beds. Fortunately the staff were able to move us to ANOTHER room to spend the rest of the night in. Apart from that, the hotel is definitely dated and getting old. It’s not really worth the price."
