"The hotel extremely Dirty pool useless and very dirty room smell like i Don't know bathroom dirty and dirty corners on the floor like they never cleaned so they need to do better in the hotel need to be better maintenance and clean."

"We stayed at this property to attend the last day of the BTS Arirang tour at Raymond James Stadium. Olivia, at the front desk made us feel so welcome and was such a bright source during our stay. They had lost two other managers right before the concerts started and worked nonstop to make up for it. A super fun scavenger hunt, free stickers, free snacks, and BTS pictures everywhere. They truly made a safe and fun space for Army (the fans) to relax. My first time feeling so welcomed for a concert event. Thank you to the team! The hotel was spacious. Room was clean though there are signs of age. Shower pressure was great and the room got frosty as we wanted. Breakfast was promptly ready at 6am and plentiful. I will definitely be staying here again for any future concerts. Barely 20 min walk to the venue. Beats the hour in traffic just leaving the stadium. They even had a shuttle for concert goers ($10 pp)! Wish I knew before I shelled out money for parking at the stadium."

"Sheets and towels had lint, hair, and were not that clean. They should fix their washer/dryers to clean them better. Also pool is ice cold no one should swim in it the entire time I was there. They also need to check shower, conditioner, body wash in the bathroom as ours were empty. "
