"My stay was overall really good. Rooms were a little outdated and I prefer hard flooring because I have a dog. However, staff was great housekeeping was awesome and I will definitely return when I come back to Ottawa."

"Gabby was absolutely warm and welcoming, it was easy and fast to check on. There was another staff memeber as well when we entered at about 4pm at the front who was dusting thr light's, she was absolutely amazing as well, she spoke and engaged my 4 year old. We had a long day of travelling and she helped capture my child's attention. I am very grateful as it calmed her down and burned some of thr extra energy."
