"Arrived later in the evening after working in Detroit earlier in the day. We had booked thru Expedia and had pre-paid for our room. We arrived to be informed by the person working the desk (who had a badge on that said mgt) insisted that she couldn’t find us but she could book us another room and we can pay again. I could go on about how long we argued about this, but I don’t have that much energy. All I can say is don’t do it. Staff sucks! "

Good location, walkable to restaurants and coffee, comfortable beds and appreciated some of the thoughtful touches provided by the host, including coffee and makeup remover towelettes. The stairs to the second floor are pretty steep so something to consider for those with mobility limitations. Would stay again."
