The staff at this hotel are wonderful. The restaurant is much better than what is typical for this kind of hotel, and I'd go there regularly if I lived in the area. The place is nicely decorated and the rooms are very good. Its location is what it is - in a mall parking lot. Considering that unfixable limitation, this hotel is still a great place to stay.

Absolutely delighted with front desk and restaurant. The signature Michigan cocktails were clever and delicious. The chef created a yummy vegan dinner for me at my waiter Liz’s suggestion. Delicious and decadent!

I recently had my first stay at the Baronette Renaissance Detroit-Novi Hotel, and it was a great experience. The staff were both professional and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. The room was not only clean but also quite spacious, which I really appreciated. Plus, the complimentary parking was a nice bonus! The location couldn't be more convenient. I will definitely consider staying here again and would happily recommend it to others.

Everything was wonderful except our 2nd Dining experience at the Toasted Oak. We had a waitress that didn’t seem like she wanted to be our waitress. She came over with an indifference attitude. Gave me 1 cup of coffee and never checked if I needed a refill. Gave me a burnt English muffin. When the bill was due she decided to be polite then thinking I was going to give her an additional tip. I tipped her accordingly to her service. I did give a generous tip to the waitress that came over to refill my coffee who just did it because she realized what was going on. We will stay at the Baronette again. Special recognition to Kim at the check in desk that treated us well during our stay. Naturally pleasant and welcoming.
