Wonderful Grade II Cotswold Stone Cottage in Perfect Location

"A friend and I spent a week in Becky's Perton Cottage and had a wonderful time. The cottage is exactly as depicted in the listing--clean and well stocked. Rather than cook we enjoyed the restaurant and pub options in Chipping Campden but the kitchen is quite well planned for those who wish to prepare their meals. The stairs to the bedrooms are indeed somewhat challenging as they are narrow but it is certainly not a problem if one has no serious mobility issues. Beds were comfortable. We met Becky once during our stay--happened to run into her as we were leaving for dinner--and she is delightful and accommodating as a host. Parking on the street was never an issue, especially later in the day when many visitors have cleared out. Perton Cottage and Chipping Campden were an excellent choice for our visits to Blenheim Palace, Westonbirt Arboretum and the many villages in the Cotswold area. No problem recommending this accommodation for a stay in the Cotswolds."

"This was such a lovely place to stay during our trip to the Cotswolds for a wedding. It was just my husband and me, but after several days in small hotel rooms, this property was a treat. We loved the fact that we could walk to Chipping Campden--and what a gorgeous town it is! The home itself set up perfectly and had everything we needed. The owners were kind and attentive but not ever-present; there is a nice separation between the cottage and the main house where they live. Since we did not have a car, we arranged taxis to get to other destinations as well as the wedding; had a great experience with Broadway Taxis. Shout out to our host, Helen, for shipping my husband's wallet to us after he lost it in the house (it had fallen in a kitchen drawer). Highly recommend!!!!!!"
