"Room 4 was smaller than expected, it’s deluxe but there was nothing deluxe about it. We stayed for 2 nights and it was okay for the price we paid. Other guests leaving really early made loads of noise by slamming their door and the front doors. "

"Great place to stay. We had suite 8 with nice views over the bay. Large bedroom area and separate living area with dining table and basic kitchen. Great location at the top of the hill giving pleasant walk down to either Carbis Bay or the other beaches and town of St Ives. Been built to a high standard. If you are less mobile, the hilltop location and 10 minute walk to St Ives may not be ideal but the place is a lovely."

"I did not like anything I paid lots of money to go to a 2 stars hotel. Old and not clean carpet.not to find a single toast bread after breakfast until next day Can not sleep well as windows are so old and wind was 42 klm Information on expedia site from this location is not match from what you see the reality."

"Immaculate accommodation which my grandchildren wanted to live in forever. Close to supermarket drive is 2 minutes but we walked, easy enough. 18 minutes from the beach walking distance. Train to St Ives so no hassle of parking there. "
