"The Pod was amazing, we don’t think the photos do it justice! We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would love to visit again. Kevin and Michelle have thought of everything and were excellent with communicating details for directions and check in/out times. The location is brilliant, so close to St Ives and Carbis Bay, and the main bus route is right on the main road. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here. "

Betty's Cottage St Ives. Grade II listed perfect getaway with secure parking.

"We stayed at this cottage 3rd time. So well arranged with everything you need for your stay. Close to town. Parking space which is very rare in st ives. Double bed mattress so comfortable. Singles too. Clean. Noticed kitchen items were replaced over years which shows the owners care. Also living room Furniture and rugs replaced over years. This place is normally fully booked and I can see why. The owner communicated with us on a day and we were able to check in earlier which was very nice."

"Yes all very good. It would of been perfect if there was someone to actually talk to. For that I felt it was somewhat soulless. Access to town was all down hill literally but the weather was good so quite pleasant. We caught taxis back as it was quite steep but I will say for under £4 it was again like the Nook all very good value. The kitchen facilities were great enabling me to have a cooked breakfast on both mornings. So 10 out of 10 for the property and amenities and St Ives."

"We had a lovely stay in this spacious accommodation, which was ideal for our family of four: two parents and two teenagers. Everywhere was sparkling clean, and the housekeeper was very helpful when we arrived. The apartment had everything we needed to feel comfortable, including a fridge-freezer, microwave with grill function, air fryer and kitchen utensils. The beds were comfortable, and the fantastic hilltop view was a real highlight. We also appreciated the two fans, nearby parking, bathrobes, towels and slippers. The bathroom was well equipped, with a bathtub and separate toilet and shower stalls. The walk-in wardrobe had plenty of hangers, an ironing board, steam iron and hairdryer. Hand wash, shower gel, bubble bath and shampoo were provided, and extra bin bags and toiletries were promptly supplied when requested. We couldn’t have asked for more and would happily stay again."

"Fantastic property & holiday. Beautiful house, very spacious & well equipped with everything. We had a small problem on arrival with the hot water and the hosts Lisa & Neil sorted it and it was fixed straight away on the same day. Thank you we will be booking again x"

"Great location, very clean and comfortable, really good communication with host, there were only 4 of us - Seren House could easily accommodate 10-12 people, but we loved the extra space. Family friendly with games etc."
