"The flat was in a lovely location about a 15 minute very pleasant walk from the town centre. It had a lot going for it - the bedrooms are a good size and the beds comfortable. It is light and quiet. The kitchen area is well equipped and the bathroom newly refurbished. Everything was clean and the property, although up 15 stairs, was easy to access. It was also great to have a dedicated parking space.Things that could have been better for us - we found the living area very cramped and the seating...

"We stayed at this listing in another loft in 2024. It was an excellent stay. We chose this listing for our three week stay in 2025 based on the condition of the listings offered, the prompt and complete communication by the host, and the fact that we like the area. It has many restaurants, both fine and casual dining. It is a decent walk or a short bus ride to the Grand Arcade and the colleges. We would stay here again."

"The apartment was nice and spacious. However only two towels were provided for 4 people, upon asking for more we received back a message to say there was more in the cupboard unfolded. These towels were dirty with stains on them. The apartment was quite dusty and bathrooms were not the cleanest, the owner of the property explained the cleaners were busy however offered no apology. Upstairs noises all night, and had to shut windows as outside traffic and noise from neighbours. "
