Apartment was excellent, very clean with everything you could need. I would have given it 5 stars but unfortunately the mattress was too thin and I could feel the springs through it, so not very comfortable.
A thicker more expensive mattress or at least a thick mattress topper. Would solve the issue.
Central location in Staines Upon Thames, so super convenient.
Would I stay here again, the answer is Yes.

Lovely apartment, only downfalls was the floor was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned, one of the beds sheets had staines of some sort. Beds were uncomfortable and the parking opposite only allows you to book until 12 midnight, you then have to wake up at 6am to pay again as there’s no option to pay for 24hrs obviously this has nothing to do with the owners but something to be aware when booking.

(13-14 Feb) We stayed in Room 20 which was very small and had the constant, very loud noise of the kitchen extractor humming. On the first night it was still on at 10.45pm and we had to ask Reception ...
