Only a 5-minute walk to Mourne Rouge Beach — one of the calmest and most picturesque beaches on the island. There's a restaurant and bar right on the beach for your enjoyment.

Just 15–20 minutes on foot to the nearest shopping center, restaurants and supermarket.

Enjoy breathtaking views of the beach and turquoise sea — ideal for sunsets and social media photos. Each floor has a terrace, perfect for soaking in the scenery.

More spacious than you'd expect — 1,303 square feet, including a large living room with couches and 4-members dining table and two terraces where you can have a lunch, work out, or simply relax and take in the view.

On the ground floor, you’ll find two large bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, spacious closets, shelves, and nightstands. Extra linens are available. There are also two fully equipped bathrooms with walk-in showers, toilets, and sinks. A separate laundry room includes a washing machine and drying rack.

On the upper floor, there's a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, oven, microwave, and sink. You'll also find all the cooking essentials, cultlery, tableware, and utensils you may need.
