"Didnt even get to the property. Wrongly advertised as having free parking. The manager refused to help as unaware to me there is a £100 deposit. Until i paid this . Even though I paid for the room he would not give me any details of the location. So held to ransom . He was polite but unhelpful. I chose this property exclusively because of parking as I cant walk distances and especially with a suitcase. Im still trying to get my money back "

"Property / room was absolutely spotless. Garden was spotless, felt safe due to camera's in the hall way. He was very attentive, is polite and over all a pleasure and we will be back.
