"A/C was not working. Informed staff 50 minutes after check in. Was advised that they will investigate. Could not open windows either as bugs were sitting outside. Nothing was resolved while I stayed there. Mattress was uncomfortable, I could feel the springs. All in all the stay was uncomfortable."

"Couldn't have been better or cleaner or easier to manage! And laundry was free! In a country where things are so expensive relative to home, this was a nice gift. Would stay here again a hundred times over. They were super responsive and helpful with every question I have. Great location to boot!"

"Very quick and easy check in. We got the room we asked for, higher level and twin beds. Very clean, compact but functional room. Nespresso and tea in the room. Great buffet, full trays, warm, always refilled. Easy to leave our luggage at reception. Very well located accross from the train station, and just a few minutes walk from the old town and attractions. Free bus pass for the two days. Would stay again without hesitation."
