"Room was ok but we used the sofa bed for 2 of the guests and when we pulled it out it wasn’t clean and behind it was filthy such a shame because it’s a fabulous location and communication was great
Also bathroom and carpets need an upgrade very tired but functional "

"The hotel is in a fantastic location right in the heart of Cardiff.
The staff our lovely from the reception staff to the bar and restaurant staff, everyone was so helpful and kind.
Breakfast was top notch and the hotel has an amazing view of the city. "
"Fabulous room nice and clean tidy, beautiful bathroom and the bed was so comfy it felt like sleeping on clouds! Towels provided are nice and large and enough provided.
The staff are so friendly and welcoming always had a smile on their face, always said hello. Check-in was so easy and checkout also. The atmosphere in the evening at the hotel bar was fabulous and again staff are so friendly and attentive. Definitely will be staying again Thank you. "
