I booked it on here.got to the motel right at 3pm the doors were locked.. you couldn't even get in the building seeing through the doors the whole building was dark but a sign on inter door that was visible to call a cell number called it and called it no answer... Me and someone else was sitting in the parking lot for a hour and a half called hotels Com customer service was on the phone with them for over an hour and half just to be told the motel does not do check INS unless it's Monday thru Thursday and NO REFUNDS .. well why the hell allow someone to book the room for the same day or not make this aware until you hit confirm and get a confirmation code... The resolution team said all they can do is refund 25 dollars back and even that takes 15 days.. this hotel is a scam.... There's no blinds on the windows boards covering the windows... No property management or front desk worker ... You can't even get in the building.. booked a room that never even got to stay in. "
