The hotel is clean and comfortable. My only complaint is they stop serving breakfast at 9 AM, too early for someone on vacation.

Room was clean, but the air conditioning unit needed some maintenance. Otherwise, it was nice. Coffee in the room, a nice breakfast buffet downstairs including sausage and eggs. The fitness center wasn't all that great, but I poked my head in the pool room and that looked nice.

Our first room was under construction so had to go down to desk and get different room. The window was open a bit so wind howled thru all night as we didn’t realize till morning. Bed was very comfortable.

Our Visit to St Cloud

Quick check in however would not extend points since 3rd party (Hotels.com) involved. Property currently under going rehab but was not intrusive. Room was well equipped and clean.

The room was clean, biggest complaint no soap by the sink to wash your hands!! Body wash in shower was the only soap. I guess they should inform guest to bring their own or the staff is not doing their jobs completely. I like to be able to wash my hands.
