The Pinery is a private basement apartment with its own separate entrance, while the owners live upstairs. We respect our guests’ privacy and do our best to provide a peaceful and comfortable stay. The pool and backyard are shared amenities, but we strive to give guests as much private use of these spaces as possible during their visit.

Very quiet neighborhood, good sized bedrooms, nice bathroom and living space- all well decorated.Attractive outdoor space with large well cared for pool.Very pleasant helpful hosts who recommended a great Italian restaurant.

Property was very clean and updated. Host was very concerned that we had everything we needed. I was not aware that the apartment was in a basement. Even though it was obviously recently renovated, I would have preferred to have known that, as well as there would be children and a dog living in the top part of the house, though they did not bother us at all.
