Home is located in a residential neighborhood, so please follow the house rules:
1.There`s no place like home! That’s our motto. Treat this lake-house like your own home and take care of it. Suck the life out of everyday life and enjoy your stay!
2.Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property to ensure a clean and healthy environment for all guests.
3.Pets: Please Inquire- If you are bringing a pet, we kindly ask that you supervise them at all times and clean up after them. Please notify us of any accidents.
4.Noise: Good Neighbor agreement states, Noise curfew from 10:00pm- 9:00 AM. The city enforces this bi-law strictly. A complaint may result in the arrival of authorities and result in fines.
5.Timing: Please respect the check-in & check-out times. Reach out if amendments are required to see if they can be met.
6. Footwear: Kindly remove your shoes upon entering to help keep the property clean and comfortable.
7.Garbage Management: Before check-out guests are required to either sort or remove all bags of garbage from the premises. Failure to do so may result in higher than normal cost which the guests we are responsible for.
8.Please review Cancellation Policy
9.Check- in form, guest verification and rental agreement to be signed before access codes are sent out.
10.Please note that renters` average age must be 25 years of age or older to book and stay at this property. Valid ID will be required upon booking and check-in to ensure compliance.

We loved staying here! It was cozy, minimal, and clean! The coffee maker was amazing as well with good quality espresso! The beach was just down the street, and we enjoyed watching the sunset there!

Great stay!

Perfect spot for my 3 week stay! Great location for walks by the lake and watching rowers on Martindale ‘Pond’. Clean, quiet and nicely appointed. Hope to return in the future.

Perfect Place, Perfect Stay

Such a lovely spot, inside and out. Everything you could want is there, and it's a relaxing haven in the cold winter months! Justin is super responsive and accommodating and I can't wait to stay gain!

Lovely apartment with all needed amenities

Justin the owner was very prompt with his responses and the unit is very nice. It feels spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment. Close to everything and the bed was very comfortable which is a must!

Beautiful Location

Christie Corner was extremely clean with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The area was absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed our walks to explore the area and visiting local breweries.

Quaint apartment in the heart of historic St Catharines.

The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed for our five day stay. The king size bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We could walk around the scenic old town of Port Dalhousie as well as restaurants and shops. Perfect little spot.

Well designed and perfect location

We were so happy at 10 Christie #1 and look forward to returning in future. The layout of the suite is perfect for 2 people and the location is close to beaches, walks, coffee shops and restaurants. It is a lovely neighborhood and a clean, bright and well designed suite.

We had a pleasant stay in Port Dalhousie. The place is located near the water, the beach and the amenities. The host was quick to respond to all our inquiries. The apartment is cosy, well furnished and tastefully decorated. Thank you Justin!

My overall stay was great! The place was very clean and organized. We did experience some difficulties figuring out the TV. Thank God my daughter is a pro at TV technical apps so she was able to sign up for a free 7- day trial of Netflix or we would not have been able to watch anything. We don't have Prime, Netflix or cable at home.Also, we didn"t know there were steps to a 2nd floor apt. I just hurt my knee and this info would be good to know in advance.

Port Dalhousie hidden gem

We flew into Hamilton …. Two sisters, one from Halifax and the other from Calgary. We ventured to Port Dalhousie where we had a very relaxing week at Justin’s. The attention to detail is lovely. The apartment gave us the calm and tranquility of a spa retreat. So much to see and do within a 20 to 30 minute drive.

Overall great stay

Super cute and cozy house to stay at. We were on the second floor in room 1. Very modern and updated with a very cozy couch for relaxing and winding down at the end of the night and very comfortable bed. Justin communicated great on the check in and checkout process and was always available for any questions. We also loved the port Dalhousie area with all of the different options for breakfast, dinner, pastries/donuts and yummy coffee all within walking distance from the house. Thanks so much for everything! We will definitely be back.

Niagara falls trip

Pros: It was very clean. The kitchen had all the equipment to prepare meals. It didn't have a microwave but that was on me I didn't specifically check for it in the listing. The location was 1 1/2 blocks away from Lake Ontario where there was a bench to sit and enjoy the lake. Justin was quick to answer questions and his book of information was great. I would suggest you put addresses on all the locations. We had difficulties the first night when the internet was down. Cons: The house is right on main street which was very busy and noisy. There was a noise machine but it wasn't very effective. There was construction of a new house right outside the bedroom window where work started at 7:30 so sleeping in did not happen. I would have appreciated a heads up. We recycle at home but we found their recycling very complicated. Justin did give us additional instructions. One other suggestion would be to talk with your linen provider.

No need to look any further

Loved this charming apartment ! It was perfect! Had everything I needed. It looks just like pictures. Plenty of room and what a location! I went for a walk almost everyday of my 3 weeks there. A hop, skip and a jump from the marina and a huge lovely park with a walking path. Jason was very attentive to any request I had. It was so charming. I wish I could have stayed here longer.

Peaceful and Tranquil

This property was perfect for our stay. The decor was impeccable. It was spacious with clean lines and lots of closet space. The kitchen was new with a great layout and had all the essentials.
